Which Countries do you ship to ?

We ship to all states in United States of America. (International orders will have additional shipping charges.)

What form of payments do you accept ?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or 
regular account payments and Paypal.

Is it safe to purchase from you ?

When you shop with us we protect your private information by keeping it on a secure server. You can be sure your orders are being processed safely. 

Can I return item ?

We only accept returns if Item is damaged or any mistakes has occurred by us. Make sure to use our size chart before you place your order and if you still need help then please contact us.

Are your products brand new ?

 Yes, all products are brand new in the packaging.

Does the design or text peel off from the product ?

The design won’t peel off and we guarantee high quality. 

How is tax calculated in my order?

Orders shipping to California, Wisconsin, Texas, and New York will be charged sales tax.

I am shopping for a gift. Do you provide gift receipts or gift wrapping?

Gift receipts are complimentary and available with any order. Gift wrap is available for an additional $5 per order. 

What time does my order have to be submitted by in order to ship out today?

All orders must be submitted by noon (12:00 pm) PST in order to ship the same day. If the order is placed after noon, it will likely ship out the next business day.

I found an item I would like to purchase however my size is not showing up.

Our website is in real time. All available sizes are displayed online. If your size is not showing up, it is unfortunately out of stock. If the item is a sale item we are not able to re-order it. However, if the item is regular-priced, you can submit a special order inquiry on the contact page where it says ‘can’t find your size’ and our Orders Department will look into the availability of the item for you.
