My name is Jason Sell and I am part of Total Nutrition Atlanta based team, equipped to make a difference in your quality of life. I have been working at Total Nutrition as a Sports Nutritionist for the last 2 years, helping clients implement supplements into their diet. Along the way, I have earned my certifications as a Sport Nutritionist and Personal Trainer with nationally accredited organizations, ISSA and NASM. I assist clients with nutritional meal plans, detox’s, weight loss, supplement guidance, and muscle building.
I also earned a Associates Degree in Culinary Arts in the early 2000’s that was a stepping stone into Nutrition and the fitness world . I have since used my knowledge and education to live a healthier life by manipulating my diet with the right foods and implementing the appropriate supplements to gain muscle as well as to obtain a 4% body fat physique. I can offer guidance in burning fat, strength and conditioning, manipulate your diet to help change your physique or achieve personal fitness goals as well as nutritional goals. I am passionate about helping and motivating people to strive for the best of themselves and to not quite before they reach the finish line.
