My name is Zach Dronenburg. I am an avid fitness enthusiast and aspiring NPC competitor. I currently work full time as an Auto Underwriter for State Farm, but my passion truly lies in the fitness industry. Before working here, I originally intended the University of Georgia with the intention to get my degree in Kinesiology (Sports Science). The classes I had taken as prerequisites included Anatomy and Physiology, a Kinesiology class which taught the NASM personal training curriculum (in full), and several Kinesiology classes which prepared me for athletic training for those with physical conditions such as hypertension or diabetes. Armed with this knowledge, I was eager to privately work with a few friends to set up their training programs and get my “feet wet”. However, my interest in training others dwindled as I started to focus more on my own development, and I never pursued this passion of mine.

I met Derek Fedo 3 years ago, and have been an off-and-on client of his since. Working with him and the Southern Athletics team inspired me to once again chase after working as a trainer. My passion for training was reignited as I edged near my first bodybuilding competition, and now I aim to help others realize their physical potential. I am currently working on officially finishing my NASM personal training certification. I primarily offer nutritional and exercise training guidance, but am also able to recommend proper supplementation for clients of all builds, ages and genders.
